Interserve’s vision is to see lives and communities transformed through encounter with Jesus Christ. Since we first began ministering to Indian women isolated from the Gospel in their zenanas (women’s quarters) in 1852, Interserve has always felt a special responsibility to those who are hard to reach, cut off from the Good News by barriers of gender, culture, nationality or religion. Working alongside the Church, Interserve has relied upon the faithfulness of supporters to help us bridge the gap and make Jesus Christ known as Lord and Saviour.
